| | | Shipping Time
Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Shipment time depends on
stock availability. When items are in stock and we receive your order
before 1pm PST, your order will ship the same day. We need a little time to
process and assemble your order before we actually ship it. Please note that
shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. Choosing Next Day
shipping does not always mean your order will be delivered the day after you
place your order online. We use FedEx and UPS for shipping our products. We
also offer Saturday delivery options. Please note that if your item is not
in stock you wont receive your order the next day. If you choose Saturday
delivery and we don't have the items you ordered in stock we will charge you
for Next Day Air shipping only.
We have made it very easy for you to check the status of your order and
track your shipments. When you place your order, you are given an Order
Number. Your order details and order number will be confirmed with an e-mail
within five minutes after you place your order. You may track that Order by
clicking on the link you receive with the confirmation email. Or you can go
to
YAHOO-SHOPPING and click on Order Status. Once we ship your order you
will get a order status email with your order tracking number.
Refused Shipments
The quickest way for us to be able to handle a return for you is for you to
accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back. When you
follow this procedure we can credit your account in just a few days. If you
refuse shipment the product goes back to the delivery company and might not
get back to us for 2 or 3 weeks. We cannot process your return until we
receive the product.
We recommend that you accept delivery of the product and then contact us
immediately for a Return Merchandize Authorization Number by completing the
RMA-Request
form.
On all shipments to customers, we incur shipping and handling costs. Of
course, if the shipment is a result of our error, we will issue a credit for
all shipping and handling fees, and the product once it is returned to us.
If through no fault of Memory Unlimited the shipment is refused, we will
charge your account these outbound shipping and handling fees to recover the
expenses we incurred. We also reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking
fee.
